Return Policy

At Lushus Babe Premium Hair, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with the appearance or quality of your purchase, we ask that you contact us immediately upon receiving your order so we can review your concerns.

Please note that we do not offer refunds on products or shipping costs. However, eligible items may qualify for an exchange for a more suitable product.

For health and hygiene reasons, hair extensions, frontals, closures, wigs, and mink lashes that have been altered in any way — including items that have been unwrapped, worn, washed, cut, customized, or otherwise modified — are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange requests must be made within twenty (20) days of the package delivery date, as confirmed by the tracking information. All approved exchange items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. After the 20-day period, all sales will be considered final and will no longer qualify for exchange. 

Shipping

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM CST are generally processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST, on weekends, holidays, or during periods of high order volume may be processed on the following business day. Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing prior to shipment.

Lushus Babe Premium Hair currently ships within the United States only. We offer FREE U.S. Priority Shipping on orders of $75 or more, as well as Express Shipping with estimated delivery within 1–2 business days for an additional fee.

*Please note that, for security and fraud prevention purposes, the billing and shipping addresses provided at checkout must match before Lushus Babe Premium Hair can process and ship an order. No exceptions will be made.
