Lushus Babe Premium Hair certainly wants you to be 100% satisfied with our products!! We ask that you please contact us immediately if you receive your hair extensions and are not happy with how they look or feel. While Lushus Babe Premium Hair does not offer refunds for products OR shipping, we will consider exchanging for a more suitable product.
Any hair extensions, frontals, closures, or wigs that have been altered (unwrapped, washed, cut hair OR lace, changed in ANY way, or worn) will not qualify. We honor this for up to TWENTY  days after purchase. (20 days = beginning from the tracking date your package is delivered to you) The hair must be in the same original state as it was sent to you--and after 20 days, the sale will be considered final and will no longer qualify for exchange.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 pm CST will generally be processed the same day. In some cases (high volume, weekends, holidays, or after 2 pm CST), orders will be processed the following business day. *Please allow two business days for your item to be processed before shipping.
Lushus Babe Premium Hair currently only offers shipping within the U.S.: Free Priority Shipping (for orders $50+) and Express 1 – 2 Business Day Shipping.
